TimeTrak Professional is a job management system that can be used in a myriad of ways for a variety of companies and industries. It is suited for businesses wishing to track time, jobs and projects for users on the go, as well as those in a fixed location.

Create appointments at your desktop or on your tablet or mobile and they will automatically flow through your account, entering the appointment in your calendar in TimeTrak Professional, TimeTrak Mobile and to your TaskTrak Outlook Add-in Module. It is also possible to add serviceable units against a Job or Task, so that you are able to monitor the whereabouts of your assets no matter their location.

TimeTrak Professional allows you to view your staff or users in project workgroups or client workgroups that can be easily created or deleted, if required. Viewing your users by project group allows you to plan out time or check the workloads of various staff, while client workgroups enables your Service Coordinator to manage the client’s schedule which will then flow into staff calendars automatically.

Pricing

Full TimeTrak Professional License

  • $375+GST per named user.
  • 24% Annual license fee based on current retail price.

Schedule Only License

This user cannot login to any TimeTrak website but can be booked in, and have time and materials assigned to them and have it posted.

  • $125+GST per named user.
  • $90 Annual license fee

This user type would typically be used to schedule equipment and machinery or to manage apprentice users.

Sub-Contractor License

This user has read only views of their jobs and appointments in Mobile. The user will have a supplier set up against them and Disbursements which are added to the job.

  • $195+GST per named user.
  • $90 Annual license fee

When an appointment is created for the Sub Contractor it will produce an Purchase Order with a line of the disbursement the user has against them.
